  • šŸ’» git
  • 🐳 Docker
  • šŸ‹ Docker Compose

Here are specified the default configurations of the Dockerfile:

  • ENTRYPOINT: /bin/bash
  • COMMAND: docker-entrypoint.sh
  • PORTS: 🚫
  • VOLUMES: 🚫

ā šŸš€ Getting Started

To use this image, you can pull it from Docker Hub using the following command:

docker pull gerarddomenech/core

Once the image is pulled, you can run a container using the docker run command. For example:

docker run --rm --name core -it gerarddomenech/core

A full example of how to run it:

 LOCAL_DIR=$(pwd)
 DOCKER_GUID=$(cut -d: -f3 < <(getent group docker))
 DOCKER_BUILDKIT=0
 COMPOSE_DOCKER_CLI_BUILD=0
 DOCKER_GID=$(getent group docker | cut -d: -f3)

 docker run --rm -ti --name core --user $(id -u):$DOCKER_GUID \
 -e LOCAL_DIR=$LOCAL_DIR -e DOCKER_BUILDKIT=$DOCKER_BUILDKIT \
 -e COMPOSE_DOCKER_CLI_BUILD=$COMPOSE_DOCKER_CLI_BUILD \
 -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v $LOCAL_DIR:$LOCAL_DIR \
 gerarddomenech/core

This will start a new container in interactive mode, giving you a command prompt inside the container. From there, you can use the installed programs and package manager to run your scripts and applications.
