⁠BEM Class Auditor for HTML and SCSS

16 BEM naming rules read the HTML file you have open and 22 markup and SCSS skeletons write the stylesheet shell, so the class names get fixed before the pull request comes back for them.

• Audits the HTML file you have open against all 16 BEM naming rules and lists every finding with its line number, and inserts any of the 22 markup and SCSS skeletons at the cursor. One file is finished, with no licence key and nothing withheld.
