• 開いている発注書・業務委託契約のMarkdown 1ファイルを、フリーランス新法の21ルール全部でその場で検査する。同梱のサンプル発注書では不備12件（error 6件 / warning 6件）を行番号付きで返し、受領日2026-07-31から支払期日2026-10-30まで91日（60日を31日超過）のように日数を計算して見せる。回数制限も透かしもない。

⁠With a licence ($29 once)

• ワークスペース内の全発注書を一括検査し、取引先ごとの監査レポート（Markdown / CSV）として書き出す。$29 once, one licence key per person or team seat。無料版は1ファイル21ルール、有料版はフォルダ全体と書き出しという範囲・所有の軸で分かれる。
