ggilestro/rstudio-rethomics repository overview

Run with:

sudo docker run -d -p 8787:8787 \
   --name rstudio-rethomics \
   -v /mnt/data/results:/mnt/ethoscope_results:ro \
   -v /mnt/homes/rstudio/:/home/ \
   -e PASSWORD=rethomics \
  ggilestro/rstudio-rethomics

Where /mnt/data/results is the location of your ethoscope results /mnt/homes/rstudio is the location of your home folders for multiple users

This will run the container on port 8787. If you prefer to use another port, just change that value.
