A Docker image that runs the Mean Shift clustering algorithm on 600 2D points using CPU or GPU (CUDA). Includes three modes:
serial (CPU)
non‑shared (CUDA without shared memory)
shared (CUDA with shared memory)
Quick start
# pull the image
docker pull giannismel/meanshift-cuda:1.0
# run all modes with default threshold (e=0.5)
docker run --gpus all giannismel/meanshift-cuda:1.0
# run only the shared‐memory GPU version with custom threshold
docker run --gpus all giannismel/meanshift-cuda:1.0 make run_shared INPUT=0.01
