This repo is a small modification of J Rottenberg's ffmpeg repo https://hub.docker.com/r/jrottenberg/ffmpeg/builds/bzczdrw2hbvgyperceki3kd/⁠.

Changes are:

• Based on Ubuntu 18.04 instead of 16.04
• Includes python3, which has been set as default python
• Includes ImageMagick and updates its pilicies.xml file to be usable with moviepy (see this bug: https://github.com/Zulko/moviepy/issues/401⁠)
