Basic Usage:

docker run -d --name mosquitto gjchen/mosquitto

Run as a another UID for 1000:

docker run -d --name mosquitto \
	-e MOSQUITTO_OWNER=1000 \
	gjchen/mosquitto	

Default location for mosquitto.conf:

/etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf
