⁠About FinTrack

FinTrack is a "self hosted" application that helps in keeping track of your personal finances. It helps you keep track of your income and expenses to allow you to spend less many and save more.

Using FinTrack you can keep track of your income vs spending as well as your credit card expenses. FinTrack has the following features:

• Categories to group expenses
• Budgets to track income vs. expenses
• Contract notifications
• Importing transactions from bank exports

⁠Purpose

Managing your personal finances is becoming more complicated by the day, and everybody has a different approach in doing so.

For some people this means categorizing every transaction to track groups of expenses, others make budgets to track total expenses versus the income.

FinTrack helps you to manage your money better and easier. It allows you to add categories, budget groups and predictions on your financial situation. And to give you better inside in your spending behavior several types of reports are available.

There are a few ways to get the application up and running:

• You can use a docker image to run it⁠
• You can use Kubernetes⁠
