gmod/jbrowse2-buildenv repository overview

This image is a build environment for JBrowse 2 (http://jbrowse.org/⁠)

Note that even number minor versions are built for AMD/Intel CPUs and odds are for ARM/M1-2 Macs.

It provides nginx:latest, NodeJS 14 and jbrowse-cli 1.6.5 in addition to several useful utilities like build-essentials (make, gcc, etc), git, wget, and curl.

The idea is that you would use this as your "FROM" and then install JBrowse 2 somewhere in the nginx server directory and then place your configuration in there too. I'll post an example that I'm building for WormBase.org as soon as I have it close to production.
