Debian base Nginx configured to serve /app exposes port 80 php-fpm postgresql exposes port 5432

docker run -p HTTP_PORT:80 -p POSTGRES_PORT:5432 -v "$PWD"/public:/app/ -d gomagames/debian-lnpp

where HTTP_PORT and POSTGRES_PORT are whatever ports you want to use for accessing assuming that "$PWD"/public is a php web root.
