⁠CircleCI

Note - Log in to circleci using your github account, and it will give you access based on your github permissions.

The aggregator is scheduled to run regularly on circleci - see the schedule in .circleci/config⁠.

You can also run the aggregator manually in circleci at https://circleci.com/gh/govau/workflows/ga360-aggregator⁠

⁠Docker hub

A docker image with an R environment for the ga360-aggregator is automatically published on docker hub⁠.

⁠Secrets

The aggregator requires some secrets which must not be checked in to git. We instead put these secrets into environment variables. To run the aggregator, you will need to set them.

When running the aggregator in CircleCI, you can set/edit these environment variables directly in circle at https://circleci.com/gh/govau/ga360-aggregator/edit#env-vars⁠

When running the aggregator on your laptop, you will probably want to use an .Renviron file. Copy .Renviron.sample, rename it to .Renviron, and add the real secrets in there. Note this file is in .gitignore.
