Run tests against multiple phalcon versions

Base images are Debian (jessie for 2.0.13, buster for 3.2 and 3.3).
Tags relate to the phalcon version.
This is how to run a simple test command:
$ docker run -it --rm gpasquet/phalcon-tests:2.0.13 -v .:/var/www phpunit
The default workdir is /var/www/tests, assuming your tests are located there.
The default command uses pywatch to monitor file changes and run the tests when needed.
Here's an example compose file:
