⁠Gravwell Offline Replicator

The Gravwell Offline Replicator acts as a stand alone component that can act as a replication peer for many Gravwell Indexers. The offline replication system does participate in queries and only provides rapid recovery in the event of an indexer failure.

⁠Offline Replication Configuration

The Offline replication component is configured using the /opt/gravwell/etc/replication.conf file.

The following is an minimal example of a replication.conf:

⁠Docker configuration Parameters

The Docker deployment enables some feature configuration and control using environment variables. Each Gravwell docker component ships with the Crash Reporting Service⁠ which can be disabled using environment variables.

Add DISABLE_ERROR_HANDLER=TRUE as an environment variable to disable the crash reporter.
