greggee/mineos repository overview

This is the same as https://hub.docker.com/r/hexparrot/mineos but with some build changes.

My additions are to add other deploy architecture targets like ARM images.

PLATFORMS := linux/amd64,,linux/arm64

• Feb. 29/24 - Ubuntu 22.04 and nodejs 18.
• April 22/24 - Java 21
• Jan 19/26 - Ubuntu Noble, nodejs 22, add Paper servers
• June 29/26 - Update Java 25 and PaperMC v3 profiles. Dropped 32bit ARM (linux/arm/v7) in this version. Still available on older tags.
