Includes GNU Global with the Pygments plugin for tag generation.

Run gtags to generate the tag files in the current directory:

docker run --rm --mount type=bind,source="$(pwd)",target=/app/mount gtags-with-pygments gtags

GNU Global will still need to be installed on the host in order to use the gtags packages with emacs.
