⁠sanimail

Sanitize, de-track, neutralize and encrypt your email at delivery time. Sanimail reads a raw email on stdin, rewrites it to protect your privacy and security, and writes the result to stdout; it can also run as a milter beside your MTA. Its headline trick is inlining remote content: it fetches the sender's images on your server at delivery time and embeds them in the message, so your mail client renders it offline and the sender learns nothing. On top of that it sanitizes hostile HTML, strips tracking from links, cleans up privacy-invading headers and can encrypt messages with PGP or S/MIME.
