⁠Dockerised Speedtest-Cli

A minimal image of sivel's open source speedtest-cli⁠, for testing internet bandwidth against speedtest.net from the command line. This is the community Python tool, not Ookla's closed-source official CLI. It is compiled to a single executable with PyInstaller, and the image contains only that binary and the libraries it needs: no shell, about 10 MB compressed. Amd64 and arm64.

The upstream project hasn't been updated in some time, but it still works. A daily job checks for new upstream releases and builds a new image if one appears. Pin to X.Y.Z, or follow X.Y, X or latest.
