XRootD on alma9:latest from RPMs built from github. (We will probably also periodically rebuild older releases as well with new alma releases for testing)

Running XRootD as 1000:1000 with 'standard' plugins + epel installed via dnf.

This image has no configs. This image has no CRL. This image has no VOMS. This image has no data.

The intention is that this image is as 'simple' as possible to allow us to mount in server-configs/security-configs and data using an orchestrator.
