⁠Accumulo container

This docker container is based on the following packages:

• Hadoop 2.6.3
• ZooKeeper 3.4.6
• Accumulo 1.6.4

The accumulo instance name used is myinstance and the password is 'password'.

The container exposes the following ports:

• 50070
• 50095
• 2181
• 9997
• 9000

To run the container use the following command:

docker run --rm -P -t -i gscacco/minaccumulo:latest /sbin/my_init

this will start a container and remap the ports according docker roules.

If you want to start the accumulo shell run the following steps:

• Rune the container with: docker run --rm -p 2181:2181 -p 9997:9997 -p 50070:50070 -p 50095:50095 -ti gscacco/minaccumulo:latest
• Once inside the bash, run: /sbin/my_init &
• Wait the complete execution and then type: ~/installs/accumulo-1.6.4/bin/accumulo shell -u 'root' -p 'password'
