⁠What is modelrelay?

The image modelrelay is based on gschaetz/base-alpine:latest and runs modelrelay⁠, a router proxy that ranks and proxies requests across free-tier LLM providers. This is the actively maintained fork; the original ellipticmarketing/modelrelay⁠ is no longer maintained.

The image installs modelrelay globally via npm with no version pin, so it always picks up npm's current latest tag at build time -- a rebuild (not just a pod restart) is required to pick up any new modelrelay release. See the Dockerfile's comments for this image's rebuild history.

The image is built for the following architectures:

• linux/arm64
• linux/amd64

Use like you would any other image:

As with all Docker images, these likely also contain other software which may be under other licenses (such as Bash, etc from the base distribution, along with any direct or indirect dependencies of the primary software being contained).

As for any pre-built image usage, it is the image user's responsibility to ensure that any use of this image complies with any relevant licenses for all software contained within.
