Hand-generated image for guillaumebras/innosetup project

So far I did not get the suchja or jonataa setups to be builded using Docker automated build. In fact to install innosetup within wine you should have an instance of suchja/x11server running (Display needed), which AFAIK doesn't succeed unless you have some real X11 display to share.

This image has been generated on an Ubuntu laptop running Docker. You can use the provided innosetup-enabled-image to headless build .iss files afterwards (once innosetup is installed, it is possible to run it without the need for x11server instance, allowing it to be run on a server or on a Windows-hosted Docker environment.
