Simple httpd Docker image to host old CAS documentation

For now we only host 6.6.x

In the future we will add support for most CAS versions based on the gh-pages branch of apereo/cas⁠

• Build: docker compose -f docker-compose.build.yaml build simple-cas-docs
• Run:
  • Docker run: docker run --rm -p 80:80 -d gunet/simple-cas-docs
  • http access: http://localhost/cas
