This is about the lowest impact container you can create. It was created for scale testing Docker overhead at very large container counts. Note - you CANNOT run a shell with -it since at around 3000 containers (at least on my systems) you will 'fill' /dev/ptmx i.e. you will run out of TTYs. This will hold the shell open without using a TTY.
