⁠Cloudflare Tunnel client

This image was built from the master branch of official cloudflared github repo⁠.

I built this image to run it on arm64 servers such as Oracle Cloud A1 VMs since there wasn't any official arm64 image.

I modified the Dockerfile to use alpine instead of debian10:nonroot
