This Docker image serves as an API for mammography image processing, featuring two distinct endpoints:

• /applyFedbs: This endpoint applies the Frequency Edge Detector Based Segmentation (FEDBS) filter to a DICOM image, specifically designed for detecting micro-calcifications.

• /applyGrail: This endpoint applies the GRAIL (Gabor-relying adjustment of image levels) filter to a DICOM image. The GRAIL filter facilitates automatic intensity windowing of mammographic images based on perceptual metrics, converting a 12-bit image to an 8-bit image.

To run the container, execute the following command:

docker run -p 8000:8000 --name dicom hamzagbada18/dicom:latest
