⁠Fox: a docker container for working with fur

fur is a program for Finding Unique genomic Regions used in molecular diagnostics. It runs under the UNIX command line and its sources are posted on github⁠.

• Run container

sudo docker container run --detach-keys="ctrl-@" -h fox -it haubold/fox

• This starts a Debian instance ready for working through the tutorial at the end of fur.pdf included with the container.
