The resummation (with parameters in config_file) can be performed on a fixed-order sample input file (both files residing in the current working directory) with

docker run -v $PWD:$PWD -w $PWD hejdock/hej HEJ config_file input_file

Fixed-order input in the high-energy approximation can be generated with

docker run -v $PWD:$PWD -w $PWD hejdock/hej HEJFOG config_file
