⁠Testing database

This image is a simple extension of mcr.microsoft.com/mssql/server:2017-latest. It adds three files (2x sh-script, 1x sql-script) that reads the environment variable "DB_NAME", waits for the SQL-server to start, checks if a DB with that name exists, and if not creates one.
