⁠DeepLabCut

Uses the nvidia/cuda:11.6.2-cudnn8-runtime-ubuntu20.04 image.

Updates GCC to address requirements for TensorFlow, then installs requirements for DeepLabCut.

Includes common command-line utilities: htop, vim, nano, tmux, git, rsync, wget.

This is configured to run on the WashU RIS Compute platform: gmodel=TeslaV100_SXM2_32GB, mem=60GB.
