Takes the react diagram and sets up a docker that can run the demos for easy prevue. Also demostrates everything that will be necessary to install and run react diagrams demo.
Base is hharmon:react:0.0 which is an ubuntu box with basic node and react tools, like npm, yarn, etc.
This downloads and build the git repository, then starts the demo application on port 9000.
