based on hhwang927/ubuntu_base, installed nginx in addition.

• v1: nginx version is 1.14

• v2: nginx version is 1.23

for v2, the usage changes.

• need comment listen 443 ssl; if you haven't set up ssl properly.
• use /etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf as the conf location instead of /etc/nginx/sites-available/default
