hiadithere/youtube-sentiment-analysis repository overview

Youtube Sentiment Analysis

This docker scrapes comments of social media feeds using Selenium and then stores these comments in s3 bucket. Following this, these comments are retrieved and then we perform sentiment analysis

For this docker to work, you will need an s3 bucket and proper IAM roles assigned.

Note: But one catch is, you will have to have only ONE s3 bucket in your AWS account. Not more not less. This is because when I created this application, I only had one s3 bucket and to search for it, instead of name, I used s3.buckets.all(). I am working towards updating this issue.

Build the docker. Run it on port 3000

Set the following environment variables while running the docker run command

-AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID
-AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
-AWS_DEFAULT_REGION

docker run -d -p 3000:3000 -e AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID="Your Access Key Id" -e AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY="Your Secret Access Key" -e AWS_DEFAULT_REGION="Your Default Region" hiadithere/youtube-sentiment-analysis:0.0.7.RELEASE
Implementation

Once the docker container is running, go to localhost and paste in the final part of the youtube video link you want to scrape

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VS2ylA4HwG0

Paste the final part after v=

http://localhost:3000/VS2ylA4HwG0

I am currently trying to deploy this on ec2 instance. Here is my github link
