⁠Tomcat base container

This is a base container for any derived containers that need Tomcat. It is based on Feng Honglin's tutum-tomcat-docker⁠ modified only to base the container on minimal Ubuntu and Java overheads.

Just copy the WAR file to /tomcat/webapps/xyz.war and access it on localhost:8080/xyz. Note that the administrator password is generated when the container is started.

Build it with docker build -t horn/tomcat:version .
