3CX-Zammad Bridge Container
This Docker container, hunar1/zammad3cx, is based on the 3CX-Zammad Bridge v6.3 from https://github.com/qmexnetworks/3cx-zammad-bridge , facilitating the integration between 3CX phone systems and Zammad, an open-source support ticket system. The bridge polls 3CX for call events and logs them into Zammad, enhancing customer support efficiency.
Environment Variables
To configure the container, the following environment variables need to be set:
POLL_INTERVAL: The number of seconds to wait in between polling 3CX for calls (decimal).
USER: The 3CX admin user.
PASS: The password for the 3CX admin user.
HOST: The 3CX server host URL.
GROUP: The 3CX group to monitor.
EXTENSION_DIGITS: The number of digits the internal extensions have (numeric).
TRUNK_DIGITS: The number of digits the numbers in the trunk have (numeric).
QUEUE_EXTENSION: The queue extension number that the bridge should also listen to (numeric).
COUNTRY_PREFIX: The country dialing prefix to remove from the numbers (numeric, optional).
ZAMMAD_ENDPOINT: The Zammad server endpoint URL, including the secret.
LOG_MISSED_QUEUE_CALLS: Whether or not to log missed calls to your queue (boolean).
