⁠Haxe for C++ with Lix

Docker image to build haxe⁠ projects for c++ using lix package manager⁠.

It uses gcc images⁠ as bases, by default. So, each image comes with a c++ compiler installed.

Over that, lix is included and a version of haxe and neko is downloaded.

⁠Supported distributions and gcc versions

Currently, our builds uses only the last gcc images (versions from 9 to 13). Each image has a different debian version as default (bullseye or bookworm). For simplicity, we are only using the default distribution for each version.

Other customization may be done through the source code⁠ if needed. But, we may consider including different gcc versions or distros if requested.

Note, however, that alpine does not seem to work with lix for now.
