Run an instance of Daniel Mühlbachler's PHP script that fetches your iCloud CalDAV and CardDav URLs.

This software provides a possibility to gather all CalDAV URLs for usage in third-party clients, like Mozilla Thunderbird. Additionally, it also provides the - in most cases - correct CardDAV URL.
For more information about Daniel's script visit: https://icloud.niftyside.com
No configuration is necessary, simply run with docker then navigate to http://127.0.0.1/icloud.php.
$ docker run -d -p 80:80 hxyio/icloudcals
Note: I suggest creating an app specific password at https://id.apple.com for use with this tool.
