hyperledger/indy-core-baseci repository overview

This is an image that provides the basis for unit and integration testing performing in scope of CI for indy core projects. It is based on ubuntu 16.04 and includes the following: common tools like git, vim and wget; python3.5 with pip, setuptools and virtualenv. Apt repos for indy core (https://repo.sovrin.org⁠) and sdk (https://repo.sovrin.org/sdk⁠) packages are in sources.list as well.
