⁠unauthed-ci

hyperquader/unauthed-builder plus what the apps' make ci needs without a browser: lintian, shellcheck, certutil (libnss3-tools), curl, openssl, sqlite3, man, ffmpeg and an en_GB hunspell dictionary. Tests that want a browser say so in one line and check nothing in it; use unauthed-ci-chrome for those.

Odin and Go are not in the image: mount them at /opt/odin and /opt/go, both on PATH.

• 24.04, latest: the current build on Ubuntu 24.04
• 24.04-YYYY.MM.DD: that day's build, which does not move

Only Ubuntu packages are inside: no source, no binaries of ours, no credentials.
