Run all the commands from within the project root directory.

All Dockerfile links fail (404).

Wouldn't be better to link to https://github.com/hypriot/rpi-node in the description (it has to be time-consuming to keep all links updated).

There are lots of Dockerfile links, I removed the one showing 404
