Docker Image for i2b2 Web Client with ACT Plugins

Steps to run this docker container which will launch the i2b2 Web Client with ACT Plugins (Beta) on your host machine's port 5001.
docker pull i2b2/act-web
docker run --name=act_container -d -e shrineURL={$inShrine} -e i2b2Domain={$inDomain} -e i2b2PMURL={$inPM} -p 5001:80 i2b2/act-web
Run in web browser Open http://hostname:5001 in your browser (e.g. http://localhost:5001)
Below is a helper bash/shell script to assist in Step 2 (above). The script prompts you for the 3 environmental parameters (SHRINE admin URL, i2b2 domain, and i2b2 PM cell URL) and launches the docker container for you. Copy and paste the script to launcher.sh and run ./launcher.sh
