This is a docker image for DTN-as-a-Service testpoint, built to test a machine against StarLight DTNs.

To tune a system with this docker image, you need to give linux capabilities to load and use kmod_load_resources() to check PCI speed. This can be done with giving right linux capability to the docker container. For the testing, please use "--privileged" and "-v /lib/modules:/lib/modules".
