This is a WSGI server listening on port 9090.

If you do not have nginx installed in your system, please pull this docker image (https://hub.docker.com/r/icebert/nginx/⁠) first.

If you want to use a local data source, please pull this docker image (https://hub.docker.com/r/biocommons/uta/⁠).

docker run -d --name uta_20150827 -p 15032:5432 biocommons/uta:uta_20150827 docker run -d --link uta_20150827:uta --name uta_rest icebert/uta_rest docker run -d --link uta_rest --name uta_nginx -p 8080:80 icebert/nginx
