⁠nextcloud with SMB

This uses the nextcloud apache images and is directly pulled from the official nextcloud dockerfile, however I have added additional SMB dependencies to easily add support for mounting samba shares.

Deployment should be identical to the official dockerhub repo: https://hub.docker.com/_/nextcloud⁠
