Image build for arm arch from outline vpn

git clone https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-server && cd outline-server

Replace src/shadowbox/docker/build.action.sh, change NODE_IMAGE to another tag for arm support

wget https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-ss-server/releases/download/v1.3.5/outline-ss-server_1.3.5_linux_arm64.tar.gz

wget https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/releases/download/v2.36.2/prometheus-2.36.2.linux-arm64.tar.gz

Or update to latest release of outline-ss-server and prometheus, replace binary to third_party/prometheus and third_party_outline-ss-server

npm run action shadowbox/docker/start or sudo bash install_server.sh
