iegfs/openfire repository overview

This is a slightly modified version of https://hub.docker.com/r/gizmotronic/openfire⁠.

It has been needed since Openfire changes ownership to its configuration files hence mounting them directly to /var/lib/openfire causes a permission change in the host machine.

In this version Openfire configuration files can be mounted in /openfire-data, they will automatically be copied in /var/lib/openfire
