iguigon/docker_biomart_perl repository overview

This is a Docker image based on Ubuntu 16.04 for biomart-perl.

You must create your own Perl query and registry file (see the following page for further information: http://www.ensembl.org/info/data/biomart/biomart_perl_api.html⁠).

Then put both files in your mapping directory. Don't forget to update the confFile variable content in your Perl script.

To run the Docker container: sudo docker run -v /my/mapping/directory/:/MAPPING -w /MAPPING iguigon/docker_biomart_perl ./my_biomart_query_script.pl [other options]
