The Galaxy Docker RNA-Seq image contains a complete Galaxy installation (based on galaxy-stable:18.01) with some tools useful for RNASeq analysis.

It includes the following tools: samtools, bcftools, cutadapt, FastQC, PRINSEQ, bowtie2, blast, STAR, STAR-fusion, StringTie, Trinity, RSEM (from owner jjohnson and from owner artbio), HISAT2, Salmon, featureCounts, FreeBayes, QUAST.
