Implements a simple node.js timer service. Listens on port 80 unless otherwise specified by setting the PORT environment variable. Will take two query string parameters on the call: delay - number of seconds to set the timer to, and callbackurl - the URL to call when the timer expires

Run it as docker run -p 8080:80 --name timer iklein99/timer_server
