You can setup a compose file like the following:

version: '3'

services:
  builder:
    container_name: packaging-debian-testing
    image: ilmuflone/packaging-debian-testing
    volumes:
      - ./sources:/source-ro:ro
      - ./dependencies:/dependencies:ro
      - ./output:/output

Save your sources (including the debian directory) in the sources directory, add .deb dependencies, run the container and you'll get the built package in the output directory.
