imil/redmine repository overview

The official Redmine docker image⁠ fails at being instantiated when using debian's default MariaDB 10.1.26:

Mysql2::Error: Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes: CREATE  INDEX `wiki_pages_wiki_id_title`

This issue is actually listed on Redmine's issue tracker⁠ and a fix is available. This image fetches this patch and applies it.
